Delivery costs

In addition to the prices specified for the products, the respective delivery costs shall be added to each order, calculated as the sum of two factors: the packaging cost and the transport cost. The delivery cost depends on the weight and delivery destination of the order. The total postage will be automatically calculated when the customer places an order in the Online Shop. Please note that the factors considered in this calculation may vary and may change without notice.

Dispatches and Deliveries

For orders to be sent to the requested address, the customer must indicate the respective transportation option - National Transportation (in the case of Portugal) or International Transportation (outside Portugal). The order will always be dispatched with the respective waybill; The customer should take into account the fact that transportation times are estimated times, if the transportation company tries to make a delivery and the customer is not at home at the scheduled time, the transportation time may change.

Most deliveries shall be made during normal business hours on working days, to the transportation address indicated by the customer when the order was placed.
