The Garrafeira Branco 2021 from Herdade Aldeia de Cima is a mirror of the singular richness of terroir of Serra do Mendro. The selection of the best grapes is crucial and, after decantation slow at low temperatures in stainless steel, based on Antão Vaz (70%), together with Arinto (25%) and Alvarinho (5%), the blend starts its fermentation in on lees at Balseiro n.º 7 new French oak wood from the Radoux cooperage.
